Shipping Methods and Charges
Shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing customers to choose the delivery method that best suits their needs.

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout before completing the purchase.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are generally processed and shipped on the same business day.
Orders submitted after this cutoff time will be processed on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed once business operations resume on the next working day.
Delivery Address Guidelines
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Please note the following:

Changes to the delivery address may not be possible once an order has been confirmed.

We currently do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Domestic Shipping
At present, ShopMasthi delivers only within India. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside India will not be processed.
Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing the tracking details.
Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor the shipment through the courier partner’s tracking system.
