1.2 Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched to the courier partner, direct cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, customers may decline the package at the time of delivery, provided the package remains unopened and undamaged.

Customers should notify us within 24 hours of refusing the delivery so the cancellation process can be initiated.

After the returned package reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.


1.3 Cancellation Due to Delivery Issues

4. Non-Cancellable Orders
