Return & Refund Policy

At ShopMasthi Online Store, we aim to ensure that every customer has a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the guidelines outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • The product should not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales

  • Customized or modified products


2. Requesting a Return

To initiate a return request, customers should contact our support team via email.

When submitting a request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Supporting images or details if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.


3. Refund Procedure

After the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

Once the inspection is completed:

  • Customers will be informed whether the refund request has been approved or declined.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund processing may take approximately 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, customers may be asked to provide bank account details so the refund can be transferred.

Please note that shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


4. Product Replacement

Currently, direct exchanges are not available.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after completing the return process for the original product.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the product

  • Images of the packaging

  • Your order details

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products listed as non-returnable on the product page

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging
